What parent doesn’t want to work at home? For the single mom, there is never enough time in the day, whether you share custody of your child or play the role of the full-time parent No wonder so many single moms want to have a home-based job - juggling work and full-time parenting can be stressful and sometimes seems like an impossible task. Twenty years ago, our parents didn’t have the same options we do as far as work and flexibility. As a single mom, you may not be able to find a full time virtual job right off the bat, but there are also many part-time options available. While some people are naturally inclined to work at home, others find the transition more difficult to make. How To Reach Out To Other Blushers

As an excessive blusher, you may have seen other people who struggle with the same thing. The man at the grocery store who turned beet red just while staring off into space. The woman at the mall who suddenly blushed for no apparent reason. You could tell that these weren’t ordinary blushes that most people have every once in a while. You recognized that look in their eyes when they realized they were about ready to blush. The dread. The panic. They looked like they wanted to crawl into a hole or run. You probably have wanted to tell them they aren’t alone. That you blush excessively too. But you just can’t. You know how embarrassed you would feel if a stranger came up to you and started talking about blushing. You would feel even worse. So you just hope. Hope for them. Hope for you. Behavior Therapy For Children With ADHD - Behavior Plan For ADHD Students

The following is a list of 18 behavioral techniques for ADHD and managing behavior problems for adhd children from a book by Dr. Domeena Renshaw entitled The Hyperactive Child.
1. Be consistent in rules and discipline. Make sure to establish a routine and always be firm and consistent in enforcing discipline, this will mean your child will respect boundaries.
2. Whilst you should keep your anger in check and not explode at your child for some infraction, you should realize that anger is normal and indeed healthy , do not feel guilty because you feel exasperated at your child.
3. Try to keep your emotions cool by bracing for expected turmoil. Recognize and respond to any positive behavior, however small. If you search for good things, you will find them.
4. Don0t take a pessimistic view, try and remain positive and optimistic at all times.
5. Make a distinction between your child0s behavior, and your child as a person. This will prevent anger and resentment from arising, when you appreciate that the conduct stems from the child0s ADHD and is not done to annoy you.
