How To Make Single Parents Day Memorable This Year
This year to try and make a single parents day that bit more special, try sending them a free e-card. E-card are quickly becoming the fast affordable way to show your appreciation to someone.
Traditional families are no longer just that. The prevalence of divorce, updated adoption policies which do not discriminate as severely as previously against people without partners, and the growing popularity of alternative birthing methods are just some of the factors that belie the enormous number of single parents out there.
According to recent statistics, approximately 30 percent of children in the United States are born out of wedlock. Though for many, being a single parent is a matter of adverse circumstances rather than choice, the current trend shows that single parents, especially with few children and decent living wages are doing fairly well in coping with the responsibilities of parenthood as well in addition to all the other obligations of adulthood.
